Package One
Basic Birth Package
Free initial consultation/Interview
One face-to-face prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and preparing for birth
Phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
Referrals as needed to community
Handouts and educational materials
On call services from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
Continuous labor support; from early labor to the birth of your baby
Postpartum Support for 1-2 hours following the birth
Access as needed via phone, email or text up to 6 week postpartum

Package Two
Birth and Learning Package
Free initial consultation/interview
Two prenatal visits to discuss goals/options and to go over comfort measures, exercises, and techniques
Phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
Referrals as needed to community
Handouts and educational materials
On call services from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
Continuous labor support; from early labor to the birth of your baby
Postpartum Support 1-2 hours following the birth
One post-partum visit within 2 weeks of birth to assist breastfeeding support, processing the birth and celebrating your journey
Access as needed via phone, email, or text up to 6 weeks postpartum
Total Fee: $1000
Package three
Birth and Postpartum Package
This package includes everything in the Birth and Learning Package:
Free initial consultation/interview
Two prenatal visits to discuss goals/options and to go over comfort measures, exercises, and techniques
Phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy
Referrals as needed to the community
Handouts and educational materials
On-call services from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby
Continuous labor support; from early labor to the birth of your baby
Postpartum Support 1-2 hours following the birth
One post-partum visit within 1 week of birth to assist in breastfeeding support, processing the birth, and celebrating your journey
9 postpartum hours (3 visits for 3 hours) to be used within the first 8 weeks. These visits are to help transition into parenthood.

Package Four
Post Partum Package
Postpartum doula services help in the transition period following the birth of a new babe. The services include in-home support visits to the new family’s home to assist with lactation support, feeding issues, sleeping, and other in-home services to support new mothers and their growing family. I will meet with you to discuss your individual needs and will create a schedule that works best for you. Each visit is a minimum of 3 hours and will work 9- 24 hour packages.
